This hands-on program is modular. Each module is of 90-minutes duration and delivered to small groups of individuals (usually twenty or less) at the customer site. The full program consists of eight modules, including the core module. You may choose the combination of the core module and any one or more modules as per your needs. The frequency of administering the modules can be tailored to fit into your existing or planned HR initiatives and availability of executives. |

Program Levels |

These modules are developed according to individual group needs based on the level of an individual group e.g. line staff, upcoming executive and senior executives going to top etc. They are graded according to focus on mind, intellect or intuition. New modules can be designed for your unique needs.
By the end of the program, staff and executives will have learnt to develop a peaceful inner environment for decision making processes. They will have learnt to close their eyes in order to see more and to see more clearly. |
